3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund Consideration

  3. Prolonged Service Disruption: In the unlikely event of a verified, system-wide service outage affecting all users for an extended period (not related to ISP issues or external network problems), a partial refund or service extension may be considered.
  4. Unauthorized Payment: If a user can provide verifiable evidence that an unauthorized transaction was made from their payment method and reports the issue within 72 hours of the transaction.
4. Refund Request Submission & Review Process

To request a refund under the circumstances outlined above, users must:

  2. Provide detailed supporting documentation, including proof of purchase, payment confirmation, and a clear explanation of the issue.

5. Subscription Cancellations & Auto-Renewals

Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellations do not entitle users to a refund for any unused portion of their subscription. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service. Failure to cancel before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.

6. Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraud Prevention

Users are encouraged to contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in account suspension and permanent service termination. Fraudulent claims or attempts to abuse our refund policy will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. No Refund on Promotional Offers

Services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are strictly non-refundable. Limited-time offers, trials, or free periods do not entitle users to refunds or extensions.
